Policy generator
Policies that name your tools, your people, and your actual practices
Generic templates fail review because they describe someone else's company.
How generation works
Your organization profile and assessment answers select conditional clauses inside controlled, versioned templates. If you reported hybrid work, the remote-work clauses turn on. If you use a third-party payment processor, the card-handling language reflects that instead of describing a storage environment you do not run. If your MFA coverage is partial, the policy states the requirement and flags the current gap rather than pretending it is closed.
Every document includes
- Your organization name, document owner, and approval block
- A version number, creation date, and next review date
- Draft, approved, superseded, and archived status
- A full version history with who changed what
- Appropriate educational and legal disclaimers
- Clear marking where content is state-specific or industry-regulated and requires qualified professional review
The document library
Information Security, Acceptable Use, AI Acceptable Use and Governance, Password and Authentication, Access Control, Data Classification and Handling, Privacy and Data Protection, Remote Work, BYOD, Mobile Device, Email and Communications, Social Media, Vendor Management, Records Retention, Incident Response Plan, Business Continuity Plan, Backup and Recovery, New Employee Security Checklist, Employee Offboarding Checklist, Cybersecurity Awareness Plan, Security Incident Report Form, Vendor Security Questionnaire, Annual Compliance Review Checklist, Cyber Insurance Readiness Checklist, Government Contractor Readiness Checklist, AI Tool Inventory, Technology Asset Inventory, Data Inventory, and Risk Register.
Approval matters more than generation
An unapproved policy is a draft, not a control. Mission Control tracks which documents are waiting on owner approval and which are due for review, because that is what an insurer, an auditor, or a customer will actually ask about.
